my third time at this resort confirmed its consistent quality. i found the service excellent, especially from the staff across various departments. the resort has a relaxed atmosphere, offering good options for families and couples alike.
i noticed that the rooms showed some wear. the overall experience was positive, this detail stood out.

I appreciated the beach villa it had its own pool and provided a sense of privacy. The mini bar was regularly restocked and the selection was quite good. The restaurants offered different fine dining options and I found the water activities to be fun and well-organized.
The bedroom was small compared to the bathroom. I have nothing else to add.

The staff greeted guests warmly and seemed genuinely interested in. The concierge staff were particularly helpful and looked to anticipate guest needs before they were voiced. I found this level of attention very excellent.

The hotel grounds are gorgeous. I especially liked the ancient Banyan trees!!! The Villas on stilts offer really good privacy, almost like having a private island. The innovative cuisine across three different restaurants met every special request with a smile.
The floor was a bit noisy when someone got up at night.

The room was super clean. it had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the beach service was attentive. I always had refreshments at hand. fresh pineapples kept me cool. the atmosphere in the restaurants was amazing!!! the quality and diversity of food was awesome.
the floor was noisy.
